1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

✅ You received the wrong size
✅ The product has a manufacturing defect

Important Conditions for Returns

• A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof to process a return request.

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

• All returns are subject to verification by our team before approval.

2. Return Shipping Charges

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

• Once your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping instructions.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds are issued only after the returned product is inspected and approved.

• The refund will be Credited within 10 business days via the original payment method or store credit.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. No Returns in the Following Cases:

We do not accept returns for:

❌ Used, washed, or altered products
❌ Clearance sale or discounted items
