• Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.

• If you have made an error while ordering, contact us immediately after placing the order. We will try to assist if the order has not been processed yet.

Cancellation by Thuglife Clothing

• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  ✅ Payment issues or suspected fraud
  ✅ Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

• If your order is canceled by us, the full amount will be refunded.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in case of a valid return, as per our Return Policy.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.

• The refund will be Credited in 10 business days via the original payment method or store credit.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

No Refunds in the Following Cases:

❌ If the return request is made after the specified period
